Annual Supply Fees

At Cypress Junction Montessori, it is our goal to provide students with an enriched learning environment that supports independence, exploration, and hands-on learning without unnecessary barriers. In keeping with the Montessori classroom model and community environment, we strive to make the start of the school year and daily classroom experience as seamless as possible for families.

Rather than requiring families to purchase extensive classroom supply lists, Cypress Junction Montessori requests an annual per-student Supply Fee. This allows the school and classroom teachers to purchase the specific materials, consumable supplies, and classroom resources needed to support the Montessori learning environment and meet immediate classroom needs throughout the school year. It is our hope that this also helps alleviate the stress and expense associated with back-to-school shopping.

Annual Fees

PreK Students:

  • $150 Annual Supply Fee

KG–8th Grade Students:

  • $125 Annual Supply Fee

Please note:

  • These are annual, non-refundable fees.

  • Classroom materials and supplies purchased through the supply fee remain at school and are not sent home.

  • Additional materials may occasionally be requested for special projects or activities.

  • Failure to pay fees will not prevent a student from accessing required instructional materials or technology necessary for participation in the educational program.

Grades 7–8 Annual Lab Fee

Students in grades 7–8 are assessed an annual $30 lab fee per student to support hands-on middle school learning experiences. This fee helps offset the cost of consumable materials used in science labs, STEM/design activities, project-based learning, and interdisciplinary classroom experiences throughout the school year.
